Helpful staff and an absolutely perfect location. Fully equipped hotel, 16 miles from Itami airport. Bed was comfortable and original room overall. The staff did all they can for an enjoyable stay. Late check-out was useful.

Fab place to stay while in Osaka. The staff was warm, the position was perfect and the room was spacious. The room was big and included an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The staff created a family atmosphere.
